Kuźnia Kompetencji builds a vocational-training platform that technical schools and employers across Poland use to run practical certification courses — from electrical safety modules to warehouse-equipment operation. Founded in Warsaw in 2018, the company now works with more than sixty technical schools and a growing list of employers who license the platform to onboard and requalify staff. The team of around 30 splits mostly into content production — instructional designers and subject-matter reviewers who build and update course modules — with a smaller product and engineering group maintaining the platform itself. Most roles are on-site at the Warsaw office, where content, product and account teams sit together.
