Based in Toronto, Switchfern designs changeover fixtures and short conveyor sections for Ontario packaging lines. Our mechanical designers work one floor above the assembly bay. A trial fit with a guard in place can settle a clearance question much faster than another meeting.
We number every drawing revision and document the hand tools a customer will need on site. The assembly lead signs off the build notes before a unit goes out for installation.
