Al acht jaar doe ik dit werk in de Amsterdamse verpleeghuiszorg, ik begeleid families door moeilijke overgangen en train nieuwere collega's in de-escalatie. Een zware middag op de afdeling brengt me zelden uit balans — warm blijven en doorwerken.
